Tune in to TikTok LIVE

With TikTok LIVE, watch tarot readings, jam sessions, Get Ready With Me (#Grwm) streams, and a whole lot more. Tap the Daily Ranking button on the upper left corner to see the most popular live streams and hop in to join the fun.

Pro tip: Show creators your appreciation with virtual gifts. Tap the gift button to send flame hearts, sunglasses and other digital items to give creators a boost.

Explore the TikTok Shop

See something in a viral TikTok that you just have to have? It’s most likely available in the TikTok Shop, where you’ll find trending items that your favourite creators are talking about, such as kitchenware, beauty tools and art supplies.

Pro tip: Keep an eye on the TikTok Shop home page for coupons to score major discounts.

See what’s up in stories

TikTok Stories disappear 24 hours after they’re posted. To make sure you don’t miss these authentic glimpses from your favourite creators, head to your Inbox and tap the circles at the top to see the latest.

Pro tip: If you’re nervous about creating your first TikTok, start with a Story. (Don’t worry – TikTok Stories don’t have to be as polished as regular video posts.). Tap your profile photo, choose the photos or videos you’d like to include and select Story to ensure whatever you post is fleeting.

Pinpoint your next adventure

Tap the green location tag on a video to see where it was posted – and view other videos posted nearby. You can also explore more info about the city, including reviews, restaurant recommendations and popular things to do.

Pro tip: Tapping the Favourite button saves the location to a new collection called Places, making it easy to revisit when you and your friends are ready for your next adventure. You’ll find this collection on the Bookmarks tab on your profile page.
